We aim to process orders as fast as possible usually within 24hrs, if the order has not yet shipped we are able to change or cancel your order.

When will I receive my refund?
When the refund has been processed it will take 2 to 5 business days to be processed into your account depending on the bank, if it takes longer, we recommend that you contact your bank. Please note all refunds will be made when we have received the product.
